You can request deletion of your Suvidha Stores app account and its associated personal data without signing in to the app.

How to request deletion

Complete the form below Include your registered mobile number.

Suvidha may contact you on your registered mobile number to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never include your password, OTP or payment card details.

What will be deleted

  • Your app account and profile details, including your name, registered mobile number, email and saved addresses, where held.
  • Your app preferences and account-linked loyalty points and coupons, where applicable.

Once deletion is completed, you will no longer be able to access that account or its associated benefits.

What may be retained

Purchase invoices, transaction records and related information may be retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

These retained records are not used to keep your app account active.
