DELIVERY POLICY

Expected time taken to dispatch the shipment is given against each product on the respective product details page. Orders shall be delivered as per the mentioned timeline.

In usual circumstances, majority of our orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the day the order is successfully confirmed. Products that are specially procured for you from stores outside your state may take 7-12 working days. Made to order products can take 15-30 days for delivery. We are committed to deliver products within our promised timelines however we deeply regret any delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has multiple items, these may ship from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive an email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you had ordered.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and write to us at online@suvidhastores.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

For any divergence or discrepancy in order delivery, we request you to write to us at online@suvidhastores.com or contact on 70272 70272 within 2 working days from the date of receipt of delivery SMS or email communication, failing to do so, the claim shall not be accepted.

SHIPPING & PACKAGES

We ship our package after various physical and technical procedural verification with recorded videos at our warehouse. Customers are requested not to accept the package that are not properly sealed.We deliver our packages in our standard packaging material which is strong enough to hold normal wear & tear.If the package brought to you by the delivery executive is open,we strongly urge you to not accept the delivery.
In case of acceptance,we will not be liable for any claims that may arise from such negligence.
